Privacy Policy provided pursuant to section. 13 of D. Lgv. June 30, 2003, n. 196.

Purposes and methods of treatment

The transmitted data will be stored and processed with the guarantees of security and privacy provided by the Decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196 and will be used only to respond to requests made through the form sent by the “Contacts” page of this site, as well as to the obligations prescribed by law.

The data may be on paper, electronic and automated. The data will not be in no way given, at any title, to third parties, without the prior and express consent.

Nature of transfer

The nature of data is optional. The same data are necessary to reply to the visitor of the site to respond to his questions. Without it is therefore impossible to carry out any activity in favor of the applicant. By sending the form, the applicant agrees to the processing of data contained therein in the manner already explained in the previous section.

Rights of

Interested parties may at any time exercise their rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, which require modification, integration, update, confirm or cancel the data stored. These rights can be exercised in the following ways:
